Transylvania

Asia and North America
Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan and Canada, back to back. Five weeks, four time zones and a dozen flights that had to slot together in exactly the right order.
The Balkans
The Bay of Kotor by hire car, the Kamenari to Lepetane ferry, and the border crossing before 9am, while there’s still no queue.
Indonesia
Uluwatu, Ubud, Gili Trawangan and the south coast of Lombok. Not a single domestic flight: every island hop by fast ferry.
What this price is: the fixed trip budget, per person — flights, accommodation, internal transport and transfers. It doesn’t cover meals or optional excursions, nor my planning fee, which is charged once per trip and is shown below. This is what real travellers paid, not an estimate.
How I charge
You choose the level of the trip. I give you a fixed budget in writing. You approve it before I book anything. My planning fee is separate, and it’s right below.

This sets the standard of the accommodation. Everything else — routes, timings, judgement — is identical across all three.

It depends on how long the trip is and how many of you are travelling, not on the level you choose. If your trip fits two tiers, the higher one applies. This is what I charge for designing and booking it.

The fee is paid up front. If after the call we decide I’m not the right fit for your trip, I don’t charge it.

I’m Juanma. I live in Brisbane, I was born in Almería, and I’ve spent years designing routes that I then drive myself. EliteGlobe came out of that: having done the kilometres before selling them.
I take on few trips at a time. If I can’t do yours properly, I’ll say so and turn it down.

The budget I give you is fixed and includes my operator margin — the same as any agency. What you’re buying isn’t a discount: it’s someone having done the kilometres before you did.
What you definitely save is the 30 hours of open browser tabs and the expensive mistakes: the hotel that looks central on the map and is a 40-minute walk out, the flight with the 55-minute connection you’re never going to make, the day lost because nobody told you what time to leave.
Yes. EliteGlobe is a business name registered in Australia with ASIC, with an active ABN. I hold the Diploma of Travel & Tourism Management and Certificate III in Travel (AIBT, Australia).
Only the standard of the accommodation. Comfort is 3-star with the odd 4; Premium is 4 and 5; Deluxe is 5-star only. The itinerary, the routes, the timings and the judgement are identical across all three. You pick the level on the call, and your fixed budget comes from there.
I do. Flights, hotels, transfers, excursions. You approve the budget and I execute. If you’d rather book something yourself, that works too: I hand over the itinerary with the links.
Two rounds of changes are included in the fee. Beyond that we’ll talk, but it rarely comes to it.
Both. I’ve organised trips for 2 people and for 6. For larger groups the logistics change (cars, accommodation, split payments) and we cover that on the call.
